It can be easily accessed by public transport, with links to local tram and bus stops within a 5 minute walk.
We have a free onsite carpark for drop-offs and pick-ups.

At YMCA, we believe every child deserves quality care, which is why we’re here to help you navigate the childcare funding options available to eligible parents in England:
15 Hours Free for All 3- and 4-Year-Olds:
Every child aged 3 and 4 is entitled to 15 hours of free childcare each week during term time, or 570 hours spread across the year.

30 Hours Free for Working Parents:
If you’re a working parent, you could be eligible for 30 hours of free childcare per week, doubling the standard offer. This is available during term time, or you can spread the hours over the year.

If your family is on a low income or your child has additional needs, you may qualify for 15 hours of free childcare per week for your 2-year-old, helping them get a head start.

For working parents, you could also benefit from Tax-Free Childcare, where the government adds £2 for every £8 you pay into an online account, up to £2,000 per child per year.

YMCA Greets Green Day Nursery is a 60 place day nursery based in West Bromwich, with a team of 20 staff in total.
Based on the ground floor of Greets Green children’s centre over three rooms, we have age ranges from birth – 5 years. We offer a wide range of activities for all of our children – indoors and out, we are so lucky to have a beautiful Forest school within our grounds which is accessed by all of our age groups.
We have a passion for including all of our parent/carers as much as we can with their children’s learning and development, to do this we have developed an extensive list of home learning activities that we carry out, for example; activity grab bags to take home, Homework books & weekend bears.
Our older children visit a local retirement village once a week to conduct activities outside of the setting, gain road safety experience and learn about the wider community.
We operate an ‘open door’ policy where parents are welcome to speak to any of the Senior Management Team at any time. All staff liaise with parents on a daily basis at the beginning and at the end of the day, ensuring that the parent/carer is confident of the quality of care their child is receiving. Our team are here to support you throughout your child’s time with us and beyond.
